Tank & Paddle’s got craft beer in their tanks and fresh, stone-baked pizzas on their paddles. They’re opening up their concept bar in Minster Court, central London, with sweet deals and late night hours. So, what to expect? While the classic Margherita and pepperoni – known here as ‘The Yankee’ – obviously made the cut, menu inspiration leans State-side. Think pulled chicken and smoked bacon going by ‘Holy Smokes,’ or the Cajun chicken with peppers, known as ‘the Chick-Flick.’

Mamie’s is one of Central Londons newest culinary offerings and is the epitome of Breton cuisine: galettes, crêpes, and cider. The crêpe has been done and redone: given the cheap, on-the-go treatment of the offering in Britain it’s always a breath of fresh air when a traditional outfit such as Mamie’s touches down to teach us Londoners how to really crêpe. Perfect for breakfast, brunch, dinner – or all three!
