3-Ingredient Healthy Chocolate Muffins x6 •2 ripe bananas •½ cup creamy peanut butter (or other nut butter) •3-4 tbsp cocoa •Chocolate chips (optional) 1.Preheat oven to 350 F. 2.Combine all ingredients in food processor. Process until blended well. It will be very sticky! Then mix in the chocolate chips (if using them). 3.Fill cupcake liners up almost to the top (they hardly expand). Bake for 13-14 minutes. 4.Let cool and enjoy!
Pumpkin Coconut Thai Curry Soup: I didn't use the lemon grass (didn't have it), sugar (didn't need it) or chili pepper garnish (didn't want it). But it was terrific without and all guests wanted seconds. Will definitely make again
