Oven-baked leek & bacon risotto - Made this for tea tonight. Normally I can't be bothered to hover over a risotto even though I love them but baking it is awesomely easy and this particular one is delicious!
Egg Baked Potatoes - hollow a "baked" potatoe, fill with your fave shredded cheese, bacon (ham will do), add a raw egg, chives (optional) and salt/pepper to taste. Pop in the oven for 15 or so minutes. DO NOT overcook, you don't want a hardboiled egg! Take out when egg is softly cooked. Enjoy for breakfast, lunch or dinner!
Mini quiches made using sandwich bread! Filled with bacon and cheese egg mixture. Tip to cut bread rounds that fit muffin tins perfectly: Use a 800g/28oz tinned tomato can! #brunch #breakfast #party_food
