Low carb meal
Back with yet another quick low carb meal! • On the plate • - Tawa paneer • - Bhindi raita • - Sautéed sprouted cowpeas • - Radish cucumber salad For tawa paneer - In a plate take a 100 grams of paneer, sprinkle with 1/4 tsp turmeric powder, 1/4 tsp chilli powder, 1/4 tsp coriander powder, 2/4 tsp Kasturi methi, 1/4 tsp shahi paneer masala from @the_spiceboutique , salt mix well with 1/2 tsp ghee. Coat the paneer slices well, warm 1/2 tsp ghee on a tawa fry paneer until golden on both sides. For Bhindi raita - Warm lil coconut oil crack mustard, jeera, curry leaves, one broken dry chilli, ad thinly sliced Bhindi sautéed in low heat until crispy. Add turmeric powder, chilli powder, salt and slow roast until crispy. Add to yogurt / hung curd mix well. Adjust salt if needed. Bhindi
