Rice pudding, 125g pudding rice, 1 litre unsweetend almond milk (healthy extra a choice), put in slow cooker and cook in low for 5 hours, when done, allow to cool slightly the stir in 1 mullerlight vanilla yoghurt and sweetner to taste. Makes 3 large portions or you can make smaller ones, it makes loads!! If using almond milk as HEa it is syn free, if not, if doing 3 portions its approximately 3.5 syns. Sprinkle with nutmeg for no syns or add jam of your choice , just remember to syn it :-)
