15min · 1 serving     The BEST scrambled eggs have a secret ingredient…an extra yolk! It takes them to the next level + it’ll make it harder to overcook.  Pro tip: you’ll need 1 large yolk per every 3-4 eggs. So just adjust if you want to make a large batch.  Ingredients:  • 3-4 whole eggs.  • 1 egg yolk.  • 1 tbsp butter.  • 1 tbsp crème fraîche.  • 1 tbsp chives.  •salt/pepper or seasoned salt to taste.  Directions:  • 1. Add the eggs + extra yolk in a bowl and whisk until nice and airy.  • 2. Strain eggs into another bowl, trust me…this makes them creamier!  • 3. Preheat a pan on low for 2 min. Add butter. Once it melts add in eggs.  • 4. Do not disturb them until the edges start setting then push the edges to the center with a spoon so they all set and cook. Like I do in the video.  •

Lastly sift in your atta and baking powder and combine together to make a lump free cake batter. Do not overmix at this stage. 5. ⁠Pour the batter in a 6 inch heavy bottom saucepan greased with oil or butter and lined with parchment paper. Add whole walnuts on top. 6. ⁠Now, take a tawa or frying pan set over low to medium heat and place the saucepan over it and cover it with a lid.
