Sooji (Suji) Halwa, Semolina Pudding Note:sub coconut oil (there was NO coconut smell or taste by the halwa was done) for ghee, omitted the nuts and added a pinch of salt and used 1 cup of boiling water. Halwa was ready almost instantly!
Jalebi - a North Indian/Persian sweet made by deep frying sugary batter in concentric circles. The sweet is usually hard or crispy on the outside and syrupy on the inside. Its divine and a real fun desert.
