Not your regular Mac and Cheese 🤩💕 Ingredients - Macroni • Oil - 1 tbsp • Onion - 1 small • Garlic - 4 cloves • Tomato paste or puree - 3 tbsp • Mozrella - handful • Salt - 1 tsp or as per taste • Chilli Flakes - 1/2 tsp • Mixed herbs - 1 tsp • Black pepper - 1 tsp • Heavy cream - 5 tbsp • Milk - 1 cup . • . • Method - Boil macroni and keep it aside and save some Pasta water for later. Heat oil and saute onion and garlic. • Add tomato paste and spices and cook for about 3 - 4 minutes. • Add milk , pasta water and cream and keep on stirring until sauce thickens. • Now add boiled macroni and mix gently with the sauce and top with some mozzarella and parsley.
