Supplies: Cardstock or chart paper, Toothpicks, Circle, scallop punch or scissors, Paintbrush, glue or double-sided tape  Method: Draw the shape you desire on the cardstock paper and cut out the same. Use the paintbrush to apply glue to the back side of one of the paper topper. Place on toothpick in the centre of the glued topper.
