Triple Lemon Cake--The lemon curd is the best part, so sweet and perfectly tangy. Mmmm. I could bathe in it. And the buttercream is so light and sweet, yet still with just enough tang. The cake is nicely dense and delicious. It???s all a perfect combo.

Chicken on the Ritz -6 cups cooked, chopped chicken breasts 2 cans cream of chicken soup 8 ounces sour cream 2 T. poppy seeds 2 pkgs. buttery crackers (I use Ritz) 1/2 cup butter Mix together the first four ingredients and spoon into a 9x13 baking dish . Crumble the crackers over the top and spoon the melted butter over the crackers. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 min
