These Black-Eyed Pea Fritters sure taste like falafel! 🥙We're trying out some recipes from "Milk Street: The New Rules," the new cookbook from @177milkstreet Christopher Kimball’s Milk Street, and made the Black-Eyed Pea Fritters on page 56-57. We fried up these spicy morsels, and then served them on Kontos Massala Nan, drizzled with the tomato-curry dipping sauce. No shortage of heat here! 🤗 🔥 🌶️
