in Ikat Pattern

Thoughts of summer and the beach inspired this "Sand and Sea" creation with my own handmade polymer clay focal bead. Shades of pink sand beaches in Indonesian glass beads, and nuggets of blue green matte finished quartz are the colors of the tranquil sea. Two more strands of picture jasper and bronze glass seed beads add depth and dimension, and dangles of orange shell and deep blue apatite round out the color palette.
