University of South Australia-M2 Theatre. A large,100-seat theatre-in-the-round which doubles as a university lecture space and a highly technical space where researchers and industry representatives come together to collaborate with their local and international peers through state of the art videoconferencing facilities.
The Alumni Auditorium is so called because the development of it has involved the engagement of Exeter's alumni. Individual seats have been funded by members of the alumni and name plates have been attached accordingly. The seats include both electric power points and usb points and can swivel in order for users to turn around and converse with the people behind them. This is particuarly useful for interactive elements to lectures where discussion is encouraged.
Indiana-Hine Hall 118 is designed to support active learning in large lecture-hall classrooms. All seats have power to support bring-your-own devices. Students can easily group for collaboration because of the variety of work settings, which includes rows and round-tables, plus the whiteboard space around the perimeter the room. All students can easily share content via their mobile device to the large projectors in the front of the classroom using Mersive Solstice.
