I have been in the Real Estate field since 1987 as a profession. Though, my passion has been in the Health and Fitness field ever since stepping into a gym for the first time when I was 20 years old. Since that time, over 35 years ago, I have lived a Healthy Life Style. So, I am now dedicating my time to assisting the 50+ crowd (though I get asked by many, many younger people as well) on how to get Healthy and Fit.
