Camarena Tequila Silver ½ oz. lemon juice ½ oz. simple syrup 2 ginger slices 6 mint leaves 2 oz. ginger beer Garnish: mint leaves To make simple syrup, mix equal parts hot water and sugar until sugar is dissolved. Muddle mint, ginger, and simple syrup in a cocktail shaker. Add tequila, lemon juice, and ice. Shake and strain into a tall glass filled with ice. Top with ginger beer and stir.
