House Hh is a minimal residence located in Limburg, Belgium, designed by a2o. House Hh shows how the realization of a new house goes hand in hand with the enhancement of the surrounding landscape. At the start of the project the main aim was to offer a maximum view of the surroundings and yet creating a place where the residents can feel at home and secure.
Nassau Street Loft No. 2 is a minimal apartment located in New York, New York, designed by Light and Air. Located in Manhattan’s financial district, this project occupies 140 Nassau’s most southern corner on the 12th floor. Two exterior walls with multiple southeast and southwest exposures allow for significant natural light and impressive views of lower Manhattan.

The site is on the working yard of the main house of the township of Mannal where the previous owner sold the dwelling and the site as two separate lots.

House of Light and Wood is a minimal residence located in Beijing, China, designed by NothingDesign. The owner of the four-story villa, an actor, wanted a space that was calm and simple, yet unique with sophisticated idiosyncrasies. The original layout of the house is relatively square, with the living-dining room partition on the left and the entrance hall and living room on the right, but the space is not permeable enough due to a developer’s gift of a patio in the center of the building.
Private Apartment in Copenhagen is a minimal apartment located in Copenhagen, Denmark, designed by Djernes & Bell. This 250 sqm historic apartment consists of a majestic corner suite of rooms remained largely unchanged from their original arrangement from 1859, and a back suite of rooms which had undergone less careful additions and alterations over the last 163 years.

Parallel Lines is a minimal renovation and roof extension located in London, United Kingdom, designed by ConForm Architects. Located close to Angel in one of Islington’s many Conservation Areas, this Grade II Listed property originally built in the late 1840’s comprises of the top three floors, including a roof terrace level previously containing a collection of ramshackle, polycarbonate roof forms not befitting of such a historic, beautiful existing building.
