‘Robin’ is a signed, ORIGINAL linocut print of a lovely little bird. The little robin stands on top of the type of wooden garden fork handle that I remember from my childhood. This linocut has been handmade by me using my own design which I then carved, inked and hand printed onto acid-free paper on my kitchen table in Mid Wales, UK. HAPPIER THAN A FRENCH FRY!
Yippee, It's Friday and I'm, " happier than a bird with a french fry"!! Is this not the funniest saying from Impression Obsession?!! It pairs perfectly with these Bird Crazy images. I have used Prismacolors and Gamsol to color this guy. You gotta love them! I have used the colored pencils again for these birds. This is for Audrie's Inspiratin Challenge to use Pattrned Paper as our inspiration. Great idea, since I have lots and lots of it and forget to use it. This is first time I have used a sheet out of this Recollections 180 sheets 6x6 pad! And it did inspire me to make a birthday card for our son-in-law this month.
