Boil a lb. of ziti until just about aldente In a large bowl add 32. Oz of Ricotta, about 1 cup of sauce, 1 cup of mozzarella, 1/4 cup grated pecorino Romano, salt & pepper! Then you layer: 1. Sauce 2. Ziti mixture 3. Cubed up fresh mozzarella 4. Grated pecorino Romano 5. Other half of ziti mixture 6. More cubed fresh mozzarella 7. Sauce 8.
