Synfree slimming world pate. Finely chop 400gm of mushrooms; cook until soft & golden in butter frylite. Put to one side. In the same pan cook half an onion and herbs (I used fresh thyme & chives) cook until soft add of 300gms of trimmed chicken livers and cook until the liver is cooked through but slightly pink in the middle (any more and it will be bland) leave it to cool and then blitz with half the mushrooms. Stir in 200gms of quark and the rest of mushrooms! Chill for at least 3 hours.
