In our new house I am doing beadboard in the girls rooms, pink for Ava and Purple for Harper. I am painting the bead board the colors and leaving the walls above a light or white color. Michelle this higher beadboard behind bed in contrast color
"Sunbeam" Bed Linens at Horchow. Lydia's new bedding is the multi-colored paisley. Candler's is the yellow pom pom. Painted Lydia's room sunny yellow like her personality and Candler's is a warm lilac to match her rug. Loving both rooms!
The bunk system solved several problems for this room. It provided space for a built-in closet beneath the upper bed as well as room for a table and chairs. It also hides a storage trundle and niche at the foot of the lower bed.
Even thought we have the space, I like the idea of my 2 small girls sharing a room. I would have DIED for this bunk bed when I was a little girl. I think it offers somewhere special to sleep for BOTH girls. kid-s-room

Built-In Bunks Bunk beds aren’t the only option for sleeping multiple kids on one room. Built-in beds in a row can take advantage of an otherwise awkward space in the eaves. Encourage your children to personalize their bed nooks.
cute little book nook reading center for kid's bedroom or playroom - just frame favorite book covers, hang letters to spell out read, and add low shelves for kids to reach books. would like to use the ikea spice racks that are super cheap for shelving.
