Serves 2 Extra Easy - syn free Green - syn free if you leave out the ham Ingredients 2 cups of uncooked pasta (I used the tri coloured one) 3 slices of ham

Syn free weetabix and banana muffins 2 weetabix crushed 2 eggs beaten 3 tbsp fat free natural yogurt 1 mashed banana 2 tbsp sweetener (canderel/Splenda etc) Vanilla essence Mix all ingredients together and put into cases, pop in the oven for 25 mins on 180 SYN FREE IF USING WEETABIX AS HE b
