I find Kate Powell's story as inspiring as her art. As a young person interested in art , it is exciting to see such a young yet successful artist who is popular on social media. Her work is very interesting as it mixes black and white colour schemes with colour!

This sequence of work (primarily Kate Powell A Level Art sketchbook pages) shows experimentation with media and the exploration of compositional ideas. Artist influences are chosen cleverly: seamlessly integrating with her own aesthetic.

This is a very inspiring piece if art because it is so unique. It shows that you don't have to just use white paper, you can use anything!

Thaneeya McArdle's art inspires me greatly, I love to use her Day of the Dead colouring book because I can just be free with the colours that I use. I learned about her in year 8 and ever since I've enjoyed her work, particularly the sugar skulls.

This smiling sugar skull was inspired by butterflies! Can you spot the butterfly on its forehead? This skull will be on the cover of my upcoming 2016 Sugar Skulls Calendar, which is available for.

This is an interesting piece of art because the background really fits with the theme so that is compliments the drawing. I like how the pocket watches are all at different levels to add dynamics to the drawing.
