General Dr Hans Friedrich Karl Franz Kammler (centr) (August 26 1901 - April was an engineer and high-ranking officer of the SS. He oversaw SS construction projects, and towards the end of World War II was put in charge of the missile programme.

Here's the character description we sent to Cristian: "Horst: a Waffen SS officer in black uniform. Mid-30’s, wide, strong, muscled, a brute... an ape in a uniform. Ugly, flat nose, blazing crazy eyes, an ugly war scar on his cheek twists his mouth into a perpetual sneer." We think Cristian pretty much nailed it in one try.
