Sweet Potato Pie Protein Mini Loaf by Team Devotion September 30, 2020 1 scoop Sweet Potato Pie Protein Powder 1/2 C Pure Pumpkin, canned (or mashed sweet potato) 3 TBSP Unsweetened Almond Milk 2 TBSP Egg Whites 2 TBSP Coconut flour ½ tsp Vanilla Extract �½ tsp Baking powder ½ tsp Cinnamon Dash of salt

Breakfast for dinner last night & today’s lunch. Baby potatoes, quartered, with diced bell peppers & white onions. Seasoned with salt & pepper, chili powder, garlic, & red pepper flakes. Roasted at 425 until tender but crispy (about 30 some minutes). Cracked some eggs on then baked again until they were set. We couldn’t find kale which is usually my favorite part.. but still so good.
