Made as a birthday gift - a centerpiece for a surprise lunch. I used scrapbooking paper I had at home, kabob skewers, and foam in the bottom of the little pail. The pail is from the dollar bin at Target. Everything is attached with super glue or glue tape for scrapbooking.
