Slimming world oat biscuits, syn free if using 35g oats as healthy extra. 35g oats, 1 egg, 2-3 tablespoons sweetener, cinnamon, ginger (could use other flavours), mix together, place spoonfuls on a baking tray sprayed with buttery frylight, makes 6-7 biscuits. Bake for 15-20 mins depending in how crispy you'd like them. Could be drizzled with chocolate or Nutella if you count the syns.

Slimming World Cheesy potato skins you could also add mushrooms on green and extra easy or lean bacon on extra easy for a really great taste.
