Weigh in Nerves and Oat biscuits.
Last night was weigh in night!! the dreaded night of the week. I had spent all day telling myself i had gain after having lots of treats over my syns, including a tub of ice cream! I felt so anxious for the whole drive to group but as usual, as soon as i get into group i feel fine. I was completely shocked when i got on the scales and it said i have lost 1lb!! this means i am currently 9st 12lbs. SERVES 3 (1.5 SYNS IN TOTAL OR 0.5 SYN PER SERVING) 1 X MULLERLIGHT STRAWBERRY YOGHURT 250GM OF NATURAL YOGHURT/FROMAIS FRAIS OR QUARK 1 X SACHET OF SUGAR FREE HARTLEYS STRAWBERRY JELLY MAKE UP THE JELLY SACHET WITH ONLY 60 ML OF BOILING WATER ADD THE MULLERLIGHT YOGHURT AND 250GM OF NATURAL YOGHURT/FROMAIS FRAIS OR QUARK AND WHISK TOGETHER.
