5min · 2 servings Ingredients • 1.5 cup Oats • 1 cup Plant Milk (e.g Coconut, Almond) • 1 large egg • 2 pieces Dark Chocolate • 4 strawberries • 1 small Banana Blend/mill your oats to form an oat flour. Pour the oat flour into a mixing bowl, add the plant milk, and egg and combine to form a creamy batter. Note: you can adjust your plant milk ratio to make your pancakes thick or thin. Chop your dark chocolate into small square pieces. Place a circular dollop of batter into a hot non-stick pan, add a piece of chocolate into the middle of your batter and cover it with some more batter. Fry on both sides for a few minutes or until firm. Depending on the size of your pancakes, this mix can yield between 8 and 10 pieces which is enough for 2-3 servings. Top your pancakes off wi
