Cutting bottles-Nail polish remover, string,candle/flame/lighter(heating), sink/bowl of water (cooling),sandpaper 1.tie string round bottle(to measure) 2.soak string in nail polish remover 3.tie round bottle again. 4.alternate heating/cooling, to shock glass so it makes your cut(may need to repeat several times) 5. sandpaper any rough edges.Water also catches glass to avoid smashing & cleaning up.
