In Yiquan this takes full focus with a selection of standing Zhan Zhuang design exercises, silk reeling exerises and pressing hands developing the training, as opposed to the suggested kinds as in other taichi designs. The Zhan Zhuang standing workouts are quite helpful for opening up the physique and growing the Qi therefore YiQuan has a lot to provide as a health and wellness workout.
