Narcissistic Verbal Abuse is so damaging, it's takes years and years to recovery from. Narcissists use shock tactics, they'll say the most horrible and spiteful things about you which causes immense hurt and suffering. They know exactly what to say to hurt you, and cripple your self esteem. They use verbal abuse to control, dominate and shame you. The Narcissist's end result is to break you and turn you into their slave. They are truly nasty people.
