Rajasthani Laal Maas Mustard oil - 5 tbsp Cloves - 3-4 Black peppers - 6-8 Black cardamom - 3-4 Green cardamom - 3-4 Cinnamon - 1 inch piece Tej patta - 2 Whole dry red chilies - 8 to make paste and 3-4 Onion - 3 cups ( thinly sliced ) Fresh ginger garlic paste - 2 tsp Curd - 1 cup Kashmiri red chili powder - 5 tsp Turmeric powder - 12 tsp Coriander powder - 3 tsp Roasted cumin powder - 1 tsp Salt to taste Goat mutton - 500 gm Lemon juice - 2 tbsp -

Rajasthani Laal Maas is a traditional Rajasthani dish which is fiery hot and deep red in color. It is best enjoyed with Indian breads or rice.
