this picture is surreal because it is showing a teen loosing pieces from his face. This shows that he is either dying or falling apart. I choose this picture because it is the most satisfying and surreal one i could find. - Jorge Figueroa Block D.
These portraits make it hard for the identity of the subject to be seen but i like this as the tape contrasts to the photograph. Also these portraits are clean and minimal.
I like the aesthetic of cutting out an image and placing it in all different places. This could connect to my theme as it could represent how children how been misplaced and changed over generations.
