Makara Mudra  - for activating the energy reserve & calms the mind. It gives you strength and serenity.    To do Makara Mudra you need to place one hand inside the other. Extend the thumb of your lower hand through the little finger and ring finger of the other and place it in the middle of the palm of your upper hand. The thumb and the tip of your ring finger touch each other as indicated in the picture. Do this mudra 3x a day for 5 to 10 minutes.
