A child's smile is one of life's greatest blessings. Take care of your children's teeth by following these 3 key oral health messages: - Brush their teeth last thing at night and on at least one other occasion with a fluoride toothpaste. - Cut down on how often your children have sugary foods and drinks. - It is recommended that children should go to the dentist with their parents as soon as possible. You should then take them regularly, as often as your dental team recommend. ‪

#‎NSM15‬ Cleaning Habits 42% of adults use just a brush and toothpaste for their oral care. Brushing removes plaque and food particles from the inner, outer and biting surfaces of your teeth. It's important that you also clean in-between your teeth at least once a day, using interdental brushes, floss or tape.
