Carrot Rice-1 grated carrot, 2 1/2 cups of cooked rice, 1/4 tsp. cloves, 1/2 tsp cinnamon, 3/4 tsp. minced garlic, 1 onion (finely chopped), 1/8 tsp. crushed bay leaf, 1 clove. Cook carrot, 1 Tbs. olive oil, and spices together in skillet for 7-8 minutes. Add cooked rice and cook on low for 3 minutes. (enough for 2 servings roughly) -Heidi - Has good flavor!
