CAS534, Floral Window and Butterflies by kittie747 - Cards and Paper Crafts at Splitcoaststampers
This is for CAS534 to use no type of coloring. I chose to make a clean and simple basic all white background, using the window to add an element of dimension in white and to support the flowers and foliage. I love this color combination. You can see more details on my blog post at Kittie Kraft.

This is for FS535 and Lynda Pleckan aka JustCallMeNana is our featured artist this week. Congratulations Lynda. I had a great time browsing through your gallery. I finally settled on your Furry Kisses card. I created a see thru window like Lynda used. I set my animal images on the outside of the window opening and created a scene to show thru the window opening. You can see more details on my blog…
Fall Window Scene by kittie747 - Cards and Paper Crafts at Splitcoaststampers

Window card for Watercolor Weekend
This is one of the cards that I taught at my recent card class at the Crafter's Workshop, and I'm sharing it on the Art Impressions blog today for Watercolor Weekend! The class featured the 5014 WC Window Set from Art Impressions: The base is cut with a 3 1/4" x 4 1/2" stitched rectangle die, from Canson Watercolor paper, and I started by colouring the smaller window in the set with my N55 Cool Grey 7 Tombow marker, stamping it about 3/4" down from the top edge. Still using the N55, I…

IC684, Window and Flower Pots by kittie747 - Cards and Paper Crafts at Splitcoaststampers
This is for IC684 and the Paper Source is our inspiration site this week. I was inspired by the Flower Pots Mother's Day Card. I love coloring pots to look like real terracotta and filling them with lots of flowers and foliage. For today's project I set them in a see thru window scene. The white window, crimped blind and soft blue card base allowed the flower pots to be the main focus of the…

MFT April Release Countdown Day 2
It's two more sleeps until MFT's April Release! All new goodies will go on sale Tuesday, April 9, 2019 at 10AM EST in the MFT Store! Today my card features the Window Die-namics together with the previous "free with $60" Die-namics--Tree Branch. The window was cut from white card stock and although they can be opened, I opted to seal it shut and add a piece of acetate for the panes. A rectangle piece of watercolor card stock was stenciled with a cloud background and topped with the tree…

Window, Ivy and Tiny Flowers by kittie747 - Cards and Paper Crafts at Splitcoaststampers
I had so much fun creating this clean and simple window card that looks out to see pretty ivy and flower and a blue cloudy background. I love the designer paper (I think it is retired) by Papertrey. You can see more details on my blog post at Kittie Kraft.
Adventure with Heart2Heart
Let's go on an adventure with Heart2Heart Challenges this week!!! So, instead of using paper from the new Adventure fundamental paper package, I decided to go on a different adventure. I'm in love with this stamp set - Nature's Wish. It is one of my new favourites for sure!!! This was so fun to create and combines the old with the new. The frame is a die-cut I've had for some time but really haven't used. My husband sighted a moose in our front yard and hence the inspiration for my "window"…
Welcome to My Garden by kittie747 - Cards and Paper Crafts at Splitcoaststampers
I love making outdoor garden scenes. The IO Garden Furniture set seemed perfect to mix with the Wrought Iron Fence. Adding a window in the background and lots of tiny flowers was a perfect finishing touch. You can see more details on my blog post at Kittie Kraft.
