SW Breakfast Loaf  Spray loaf tin with frylight-4-6 skinned sausages sqished into the bottom- cook for 25 mins. mix together 6 eggs, chopped onion, chopped bacon, chopped mushrooms and black pepper- pour on top- sliced tomatoes on top.In the oven 50mins to 1hour,fan oven on 160 Breakfast Loaf - 4-6 sausages of choice with skin removed - 3-5 eggs - bacon, enough cover sausages  - mushrooms, onions, tomatoes (sliced) as many as you can fit in your tin - 30g/ 40g grated cheese (optional)
