A brandied mixed mushroom sauce tops seared strip steak in our healthy version of the classic dish Steak Diane. Serve with garlic mashed potatoes and steamed green beans. (I would bbq the meat not fry as they suggest here)
Flank Steak with Chili Sauce We tend to grill it & cut it on the bias to mitigate the chew factor. Add about a cup of wine & popped it into a 275 degree oven for about 50 minutes It came out 'a perfect medium' & so tender.
