Ideal Protein Asian Pasta Salad! 1 C Broccoli Slaw 1 C red onion, green onion, mild pepper, chopped 1 Package Ideal Protein Rotini, cooked, drained, and rinsed 1 Tbsp low sodium soy sauce 2 tsp olive oil 1/2 tsp chili paste Mix all ingredients. Serve chilled. One of my favorite IP lunches!
A twist on plain Rotini. Ingredients: 8 oz. chicken breast sliced. 1/4 cup green onion 1/4 tsp soy sauce 1/2 cup sliced cabbage 1 cup broccoli 1/2 tsp grape seed oil 1 crushed garlic 1 bag of plain cooked rotini Preheat pan with oil and sauté chicken and garlic till browned. Add soy sauce, broccoli and cook for an additional 2 minutes, add rotini and cabbage. Stir all ingredients together, sprinkle with green onions and enjoy!

BBQ BACON CHICKEN FINGERS - 2 - 8oz Chicken Breasts, butterflied and cut into strips (I try to get them even in thickness so they cook at the same rate), 2 - IP BBQ Soy Chips, 1 T. WF Bacon Dip, IP Salt to taste. Place chicken strips in a bowl with the Bacon Dip, mix. Pulverize the BBQ Soy Crisps into fine crumbs. Press the fingers into the crumbs so they are entirely covered. Place on an olive oil misted cookie sheet.
