nothing tastes as good as skinny feels - I have this quote taped to my computer at work! Although I can think of many things that taste fantastic! but it's my 5 day a week reminder to be healthy!

Yep...ice cream tastes good but not better than the feeling I get after I workout...

Remember this every time you reach for that cookie (or ice cream, chips, etc.) Good thing I just read this I was about to go get a cookie!

Inspiring

do not blame genetics. do not blame a busy sched. do not blame the weather. do not blame school/work. if you want it BAD enough, you will do whatever it takes to reach your goal.

You can workout all you want but if you're eating bad food it wont get you anywhere.

Abs are made in the kitchen! So very true! This is where patience comes in. I hate to be the bearer of bad news but 3 minute ab workouts won't give you abs. It's all in the diet along with proper ab workouts!

As motivated as I am and I know I am making progress but at times I forget this and let the scale get me down.  I try not to but some days its hard.

Throughout my weight loss, I have despised being thought of as merely a number on a scale. The "non-scale victories" are really what it's all about!

You'll reach your goals.

It will hurt. It will take time. It will require willpower. You will need to make healthy decisions. It requires sacrifice. You will need to push your body to its max. There will be temptation. But, I promise you, when you reach your goal, it's worth it.
