Newgrange, a Touch of Prehistoric Ireland

Newgrange (Irish: Sí an Bhrú), a prehistoric monument in County Meath, Ireland. It was built during the Neolithic period around 3200 bC, making it older than Stonehenge and the Egyptian pyramids

Culzean Castle The history of Culzean properly starts in 1569. The first written reference to a Tower House at Culzean dates to the 1400's, although it is possible there was a building here even earlier. Then, it was known as 'Coif Castle', or the 'House of Cove', taking it's name from the caves below. This name was altered to 'Cullean Castle' in the 1600's and the present spelling adopted sometime in the 18th century.

Culzean Castle - Culzean Castle is located on the South Ayrshire coast in Scotland. The origin of Culzean Castle dates back to the late century. The castle was constructed in an L-plan by order.

I've always wanted to go to Ireland. I've had quite a few friends who have been, and they always come back so excited about it. Plus I love an Irish accent :) Maybe London to Ireland. so much potential for this trip.
