I felt like this was an extremely useful chart to use to convert DRA, Guided Reading & AR levels with grade level equivalencies as well as reading development stages. The color coding makes it extremely easy and handy to code classroom books too!
This is an editable progress/goal graph to chart student progress in reading. I believe it is important for students to set goals and see their growth. This graph can also be shared with parents to communicate progress and facilitate growth in reading.
This chart was created by Fountas and Pinnell, and is available for free to anyone who searches for it. It has suggested reading level placements according to grade (K- 8 listed vertically), and month Sept - 10 June listed horizontally).
Conference Form - This would be a good format to use for individual reading conferences with students about the books they are reading. I would do this conference while roaming around the room instead of calling the student to a conference table.
