Cold Fighting Couscous Chicken Soup - my favorite chicken noodle soup has lots of healthy ingredients, including ginger, garlic, and lemongrass, and it's bright and cheery flavor always makes me feel better.
Thai Chicken Soup- for a soup that takes about 15 Minutes to make I would give it two thumbs up. It had great flavor and one out of my two kids really liked it (which says a lot). If not cooking for kids I would give it a little spice with some red pepper flakes. (Christen)
