[ Arabic ] Mafroukeh is a Lebanese dessert made of semolina, pistachios, sugar and butter infused with sugar syrup, orange blossom water and rose water. It is filled with a delicious rich cream. Drizzle sugar syrup over these mini mafroukeh just before serving.
Ma'amoul style cookies. I found this recipe to inspire some deserts I will be making for all the "LA vegans" that frequent the Lebanese restaurant I work at. I will be using the pistachio/date/walnut fillings and dipping them in home-made glorious dark chocolate! Oh boy!!
