French Toast Muffins* OMG! We made these tonight to have for the rest of the week as a quick breakfast item to go with coffee. We tried one, and oh my goodness it was so incredibly good! When I was making the bread with the egg mixture, I thought I would be too much egg mixture, but it turned out so delicious. It did get a little messy in the oven, but you can put a cookie tray underneath to catch the dripping.

Watermelon and Coconut Sorbet Parfaits - These simple, striking parfaits are the kind of dessert that wows guests but requires barely more effort than cutting fruit. Ripe watermelon cubes and coconut sorbet taste delicious (and look gorgeous) together, needing only pinches of lime zest for a tropical inflection and toasted coconut for crunch.
