Farmer Casserole ingredients: 6 c. frozen shredded hash browns 1 1/2 c.shredded Cheddar cheese 2 cups diced cooked ham 1/2 c. sliced green onions 8 large beaten eggs Two 12-ounce c. evaporated milk 1/4 t. salt 1/4 t. pepper Arrange potatoes evenly in the bottom of the dish. Sprinkle with cheese, ham, and green onion. In a large mixing bowl, combine eggs, milk, salt and pepper. Pour egg mixture over potato mixture in dish. Bake at 350 45-55 min.
Weekend Brunch Casserole - this turned out great!! I added 2 extra eggs and added a little cream cheese to the sausage after it was cooked. Had to cook it about 15 minutes longer than the recipe said in order for eggs to be done but it was awesome! - LRM
Sausage, Egg and Cheese Breakfast Roll-Ups – These are things to make and come out perfect every time. Only modification is you do not need five eggs. I ended up with extra eggs on the side after I stuffed all of my crescent rolls. This one was a success.
