Hibiscus Tea -- Refreshing garnet-color hibiscus tea is sweetened with honey and spiced with cinnamon for a satisfying summer drink

Green Tea Soda: 8 bags green tea; 4 cups boiling water; 3 Tbsp. honey or sugar ; 4 cups assorted fresh fruit, such as white or regular nectarine wedges, lime slices, blueberries, and/or raspberries; 1 liter plain or flavored sparkling water, such as raspberry, strawberry, or peach, chilled; 2 Tbsp. snipped fresh mint or 8 to 10 mint sprigs (also might work with white tea)

How to Make Sun Tea

Sun Tea is one of my favorite summer drinks. Usually I’m not breaking out the sun tea jar until June, but lucky for me, we moved to the desert. And now, here in April, I’m filling our jar and enjoying the fantastic flavors of my sun brewed tea.

6 oz Club Soda, 2 oz Cherry flavored Torani Syrup (or your favorite flavor), 1 oz Heavy Cream or Half and Half, Ice... Fill a tall glass two thirds full with ice. Pour in flavored syrup. Top off with club soda. Float the cream on top. Stir just before drinking. If you are experiencing curdling, try mixing the syrup and cream first and then adding the club soda.
