White sandwich bread – probably the simplest bread recipe, soft and fluffy, with a yellowish crumb and a chewy crust, this bread it perfect for Pb&J or any deli sandwiches and even for making French toast.
Irish soda bread. I make this every year, and add some green food coloring for fun. This turns out so much better when baked at 325F - 350F instead of the 375F that it calls for, and then baking longer to compensate. I always substitute the vinegar/milk mixture in place of buttermilk, and it comes out great.
