Mary Lou Retton at the 1984 Olympics where she won the Gold medal for All-Around, 2 Silver medals for Team and for Vault, 2 Bronze medals for Uneven Bars and Floor Exercise. She was named Sports Illustrated magazine's "Sportswoman of the Year. In 1997, Retton was inducted into the International Gymnastics Hall of Fame.
